Teenage Girls Bodies…Breeding Ground For STDs
Young girls’ are much more vulnerable to STDs because of their anatomy. Their cervixes are not fully developed because their membranes are thinner, and more easily damaged, allowing bacteria and virus infections to easily get in, making them more susceptible to STDs.

The Myth of Safe Sex:
In 2001, the National Institutes of Health released the findings from a group of 28 experts who reviewed 138 peer-reviewed, published studies evaluating condom effectiveness in preventing the spread of eight diseases. The conclusions are sobering. There is now no convincing scientific evidence that condoms stop 6.5 of the 8 diseases evaluated. The only proven effects were an estimated 85 percent reduction in HIV and some protection for men, but not women, against gonorrhea.

15.3 billion is spent a year to treat, and diagnose STDs. For every $1 spent on prevention of STDs, the government spends $43 on drugs, tests, doctors fees, and hospitalization.
Our taxpayers fund the abortion industry

PLANNED PARENTHOOD RACKS IN THE DOE!
Planned Parenthood, took home $85 million in “excess of revenue over expenses” with an operating budget of over 1 billion in 2007-2008, including $350 million in “government grants and contracts and of course, private donations. They are being investigated in several lawsuits for fraud.

California has a silent epidemic of STDs as research shows possibly only l in 10 STDs are reported. Study says 1l1 million new cases of STDs are reported each year, adding up to more than l billion in lifetie medica costs. Maybe California should’’nt have turned down 50 million dollars in abstinence funding.
